I just wanted to reach out to you and I hoped you could give my biggest thanks to Amanda and Amy as well as the rest of your team for everything you did for my Poppy. I'm sure you already know but he passed away early Saturday morning. It was just me and him and the nurse on staff was so kind and responsive to me and him with medications on time and being so gentle with her words with me, I struggled a bit being alone and she was great. You guys did so much for him, especially in his last couple of weeks in the Care Suites while on hospice. It was a good experience and he truly loved living there and had so many friends. I am incredibly grateful for you and the staff at Deephaven Woods. My dad, Scott, and my aunt Laura also wanted me to pass on their thanks.

Dear Kelly, Ryan, Shannon and Staff, On behalf of Mike and I, we want to thank you for the wonderful care that you provided! Mike LOVED being there. Knowing he was so happy, allowed me the freedom to enjoy my class in New Mexico. Thanks again for all that you give! You are wonderful! Most sincerely,

Deer Deephaven Woods Staff, I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for all you did to help my mother, Suzanne Dunseath. Enclosed is a small token, to allow me the opportunity to extend my gratitude for the care, patience, and consideration you showed my mom and for all the help you gave me.
The move to Minnesota, away from her Maryland friends and from family in the east coast states, was so difficult for her, but you helped her feel welcome and cared-for in a new home. She suffered physical pain from many ailments and emotional grief over the loss of her husband, but your professionalism, skill, gentleness, and kindness gave her comfort and in the end, peace.
You are a testament to God's love and grace and proof that there is indeed goodness around us. Thank you sincerely.
We are grateful for the care she receives. At Thanksgiving dinner she said she wanted to go home. It's so great how she has adjusted since her move there in July. My observations of the staff in my half dozen visits revealed gentleness patience, and caring attitudes in the interactions with patients. It's a welcome change from what I observed at the facility she moved from. Vicki E., Daughter
